Owners & Operators, Husband & Wife, Drew Laden & Kathryn Holsten, have been cultivating our restaurant dream over many years in the food industry. We & our team are proud to bring you our spin on what we believe is the best bbq and sandwiches in town. We smoke all of our meats - brisket, pulled pork, wings, pastrami and more on locally-crafted Hasty Bake Smokers. We proudly use KC-based, award-winning rubs and sauces from Burnt Finger BBQ. In addition to our BBQ and Sandwiches, we serve classic deli sides, gourmet salads and more. Nomad has a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and funky, groovy music.
